Pagani recently sold some shares of Pagani Automobili

Withers' Milan office has acted as the sole adviser on the acquisition of two minority stakes in the holding company of Italian sports car manufacturer Pagani by private investors. The deal saw Nicola Volpi – a partner in European private equity group Permira – acquire shares in the iconic car maker from founder and controlling shareholder Horacio Pagani for an undisclosed sum.
